(hereinafter referred to as “OSBing New Materials”) is a national high-tech enterprise whose parent company has long been dedicated to the integrated research, development, production, sales, application, testing, and analysis of carbon fiber ultra-thin prepregs and ultra-thin fabrics. This parent company is not only ISO quality management system certified but also holds 26 authorized patents related to carbon fiber towing, weaving, and prepreg technology. Additionally, in the fields of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber, specialty pitches, and composite materials, the parent company holds over 70 patents. It has established a Research Center for Pitch-Based High-Performance Carbon Materials and dedicated production facilities, demonstrating strong technological capabilities and a pronounced scientific focus. Equipped with modern production facilities and mature manufacturing techniques, the parent company has obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. All production and management processes strictly adhere to these standards, ensuring consistent and reliable product quality. Through measures such as optimizing raw material supply channels, upgrading production equipment, refining manufacturing processes, enhancing internal management systems, and expanding product applications, the company has effectively reduced operational costs and risks while further strengthening its cost competitiveness. Established in 2013, the parent company possesses independently developed carbon fiber spreading and weaving equipment, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 m² of carbon fiber ultra-thin fabrics and 3,000,000 m² of carbon fiber ultra-thin prepregs. High-performance ultra-thin fabrics and prepregs produced using Toray T700, T800, M30, and M40 grade rovings exhibit characteristics such as high spreading ratio, excellent uniformity, minimal strength loss, and superior fiber straightness. Previously, the parent company primarily focused on the domestic Chinese market. To serve a broader range of industry applications and customers, Hunan OSBing New Materials Co., Ltd. was formally established in 2023, dedicated to marketing and service operations in international markets. Currently, OSBing New Materials offers three major product categories—carbon fiber ultra-thin prepregs, ultra-thin fabrics, and mesophase pitch-based carbon fibers—with various models and specifications to meet the differentiated performance requirements of different industries.
